A transformer or meter box that takes advantage of the reduced wall thickness permitted in the exception of Clause 4.1.2.2 shall be plainly and permanently marked, where the marking can be readily seen after installation, with the caution

5.3
Terminals connected to ground and terminals intended for the connection of conductors connected to
ground shall be identified as required by CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 0.
5.4
If, in accordance with Clause 4,11.4, a kit is supplied separately from the box with which it is intended to be used, the following requirements shall apply:
a) the major component of the kit or its packaging, or both, shall be marked with its catalogue number (or the equivalent), the name or trademark of the manufacturer, and the statement

and

b) the box shall be marked to indicate the catalogue number (or the equivalent) and the function of the kit suitable for use with it;
c) the range of conductor sizes, where applicable to wiring terminals, shall be marked on the box, except that such markings may appear only on the kit if they are visible after the installation of the kit; and
d) unless proper installation of a kit is clearly evident, installation instructions shall be provided, either as part of the kit oras part of the box.
6 Tests
6.1 Metal enclosures
6.1.1 Conduit hubs
Conduit hubs shall be capable of withstanding the specified torque applied in the tightening direction to a short length of rigid conduit threaded into the hub in the intended manner, with the box securely mounted or supported, as follows:
a) for 3/4 and smaller trade sizes, 90 N.m;
b) for 1, 1-1/4, and 1-1/2 trade sizes, 113 N.m; and
c) for 2 and larger trade sizes, 180 N.m.
6.1.2 Testing paint finishes
The uniformity of protective paint or epoxy systems shall be tested by a suitable magnetic, electrostatic, or optical method; and when tested at any time up to one year from the time of manufacture, the coating shall meet the requirements of Test Method B (cross-cut tape test) of ASTM D3359.C22.2 No. 40-17  pdf download.
